Increments Studio is New York-Based architecture studio dedicated to designing spaces that are thoughtful, bespoke, and quietly powerful. Founded by Naomi Ng and Liang Hu, our work is driven by a belief that good architecture doesn’t shout—it resonates. We focus on creating places that support presence, reflection, and a deeper connection between people and their environments.
We approach each project as a unique response to its context, its users, and its potential to shape experience. Our design process is grounded in creating moments through—light, material, proportion, and atmosphere, which all play a role in shaping spaces that feel both grounded and poetic.
We value architecture not only for how it looks, but for how it makes people feel, and how it participates in a larger social and environmental fabric. Our practice is committed to design that is resource-conscious, socially aware, and attuned to the needs of those who inhabit it. We work closely with clients, collaborators, and communities to create architecture that is not just functional, but meaningful—spaces that offer stillness, depth, and dignity in a fast-moving world.
In the end, architecture, like life itself, is an incremental journey—a dialogue that unfolds one small, intentional step at a time.
